Although this maybe a resource problem, I'll write here since I am using 4.2 Beta 2. The scroll bar seems to be missing in the Hermeneia Commentary on the Odes of Solomon. But is present on at least some of the other Hermeneia commentaries.
Are you sure you are not in Page View?
