Bug: 4.2 Beta2 map cut off & other issues in Paged View

I found problems with the Paged View last night (see post http://community.logos.com/forums/t/24595.aspx)

i update to Beta 2 today and rechecked all the above issues. They are still a problem in Beta 2.
