It is hanging in the live status for hours now, still does not download...
I was wondering this too. My pre-pub order still isn't processed. I'm a little bit disappointed, as I was hoping to get some nice quotes from this commentary to use tomorrow.

I didn't pick it up, but I had a similar happening with God's Indwelling Presence: The Holy Spirit in the Old and New Testaments. I noticed it went live earlier in the day, but didn't get the payment processing e-mail until probably 9 PM EST last night. After that, it downloaded like a charm.
I have got it just fine, but I did have a problem with one of my user accounts on another computer not want to pick it up no matter how many "update now" commands I typed. But it came eventually.

I don’t want to repeat my lamentation from last week (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/24080/180385.aspx#180385) when getting to know that the Anchor Yale Bible Reference Library release was postponed again. That time I was disappointed. But this time I am frustrated. It seems that some people could download the ACCS, others not. I could not. Besides that, the release seems to be premature regarding problems with metadata (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/24649.aspx) and a file missing (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/24655.aspx).
I can understand that Logos has high pressure on cash flow now, but this kind of delivery with so obvious flaws as it seems and only partially to some customers but not to all... What shall I say as a customer who has already spent almost 7,000 US$ for Logos products?
Please, implement better quality control on the pre-pub releases and maybe just don’t promise too early dates you cannot keep. This one was really too frustrating. At present, I cannot download the ACCS although it’s live, but I also cannot cancel any more.
Second, please let us know about your problems. Maybe you have good reason to stop delivery – e.g. since Rosie gave you almost instant quality issues feedback. But please just let us know.
I want to and will support Logos in the future, but please make it a bit easier for us customers. Since I know Logos will take measures I want to thank you in advance.

Logos, please, just let us know -- a simple e-mail, maybe -- a simple Forum post, maybe; so we can be resolutely patient!
My understanding is that books move into "Live" status once they've been released to the servers, but they don't become unlocked for each individual user until Sales has processed all our credit cards. It might be as simple as clicking a button for each of us, but they had lots of shipments to handle on Friday since a large number of pre-pubs shipped that day. So I'm guessing it's just a matter of they haven't gotten around to you yet. This happened with the big Zondervan bundle that shipped a few months ago, too, because lots of people had been anticipating it and had bought it.
Just be patient. Your order will most likely be processed on Monday morning. I'm sorry to make people envious that I got my ACCS already. But others have gotten AYB Nahum and I didn't get that yet.

I downloaded with no problem today. But....
I tried to use the links to the name of the fathers in the beginning of the their comments and logos pop up a windows saying..

It appears that Logos forgot to include the unlock of this file with the download license (it is included for people who bought the CD version). I've reported the problem already and will direct Logos's attention to that thread. Hopefully they will fix it in short order, as they did for some missing files with the Hermeneia set recently.
Just wamted to let you know this happened to me twice last week, and I just called them (LOGOS) and they fixed it very quickly. Sorry they won't be open till monday, I hope this helped.
Yes, I'm sure they could fix it for each individual, but it's a waste of their and everyone's time until they fix it for all, as they did with the accidentally forgotten Hermeneia files recently.
Been out of town since yesterday. God back and find I have the ACC! What a great welcome home.
