I am trying to write rules on collections and wondering how can I see the MetaData available to me to query on?
I will answer my own Question. I found that in the Library I was able to set to the table view. From there I can right click on the column headers of the table and add columns.
Is there an easier way?

If I understand you correctly, I think you want to see how things have already been tagged in your library. To see that just open the Library by clicking on the Library Icon.
Then right-click on one of the visible headings.
Then select Tags from the drop-down menu.
That should display the embedded tags.
