Can we add .lbx[___] files?

I will preface this by saying that I did a search first before I asked this question, but so far, by the way I framed my query I could not find an answer. I don't mean to rehash.

I have a few Visual Markup, Filter, and Layout files that were developed by Calvin Seminary for Logos 3. They end with these file extensions: .lbxvmp, .lbxvis, .lbxctb. Can they be used in Logos 4 Mac either now or in later versions?

None of those can be directly imported on Mac, since we haven't developed any facility for Libronix 3 importing. Libronix 1.2.2 on Mac didn't support document creation so the only way Mac users would have L3 data to import is if they used Windows in the past. Also, the L4 Windows import functionality makes assumptions about where the data to be imported should reside which was set in Libronix 3 and there is no analogous path on Libronix 1.2.2 for Mac. Currently, there are no plans to implement importing Libronix Windows documents directly into Logos 4 Mac but that could change if enough users request the feature.

In Logos 4 Windows, only the lbxvmp can be imported, with the caveat that only those styles which have already been applied as highlights in a resource will be imported.

The other file types are no longer supported on Logos 4 as their functionality has been superceded.

I was looking at the Logos 4 application folder in the Library and I noticed that everything is now in a .db file (database file?). Is there a way we can make and share our own? It would enable us to share different methods of highlighting text (w/out all the work of having to set it up ourselves). It would also be nice to share different layouts, like the Calvin Seminary pack let L3 Windows users do. This is very minor, so like you said, unless there is clamor for it, put this in that huge pile of potential features.

What I am more interested in is a progress update on 4.1 and 4.2! [:D]
