Account Security Discrepancy

I was checking my account information and noticed an alternative name and shipping address for me. I immediately deleted it as I have never used such an address nor did I know the individual referenced in the address. It occurred to me that this was a mistake but it's a pretty serious breach of security. I certainly didn't place the individual's name and address in my account and since nobody knows my account password but me (at least I don't think anyone esle does) I'm a little concerned.

Since my credit card information is avaliable via my account it is possible that this individual (if in fact my account has been breached) could have ordered product and had it sent to the alternative address. I would be none the wiser until I checked my credit card bill.

I'm assuming this is an accidential error but I will be checking my credit card for any unauthorized purchases. Perhaps someone at Logos should assure us that this can't inadvertently or purposely happen again.

Based on this and because my identity has been stolen more than once involving credit card abuse, I am deleting that information immediately from my account information. No, this is not an over-reaction and it is only until the new website is without issues.

Thank you for reporting. After initial investigation, this appears to be an isolated data entry (human) error between Logos.com and the back end accounting system. We're working to verify the root cause and build procedures to avoid a repeat occurrence.

James, thanks for the response. I really do believe it was an inadvertent error of some type and hope you guys get it resolved quickly. Btw, I'm assuming you're a Logos employee. Am I correct? The reason I ask is because of your avatar. I was under the assupmtion that all Logos employees used the same avatar -- .

Those employees who do not post on the forums often some time slip through the cracks for having the Logos badge applied to their account.
