Unlock difficulties?

Hello Logos 3/Libronix forum,

This is my first post here and I'd like to ask a question:

I've just purchased 'Understanding BHS' and received a confirmation E-mail with link back to Logos Web page. Upon, clicking that lick my Libronix/Logos' online account (at www.logos.com/user/orders) opens up and I can see my order history and my unlocks. I click on the orange unlock button on the left side of the confirmation code under the heading 'download Instructions for Previous Version' It appears to download and unlock.

Then after I restart SESB Libronix3 I unable to find 'Understanding BHS' save for in the locked resources collection?

Am I missing any steps here? Does anyone know what's going on or what mistake I am making?

Welcome. Someone else recently had a similar problem and needed Logos' help to get it straightened out. If by the time Logos Customer Service reopens on Friday you haven't sorted this out, give them a call. Remember they are closed on weekends.

If I recall correctly a wonderful Logos employee named Deborah Mickens (I found the right name) was working after hours and was able to help the other customer. Let's hope she or another vigilant Logos rep is reading. (None of the solutions we offered worked.)

You can read the suggestions we gave for that thread but remember they did not work then and probably won't this time either.

For your speedy reply and advice. It is nice to know someone is listening or rather reading. I will give customer service a call or send an E-mail on Monday if this issue hasn't been solved by then. Either way I will return to this thread to post when the issue is solved.

was finally able to download and unlock the file in question. I am
not sure what the issue was before, but for whatever reason it is now
working.

Good. What you were experiencing is not the norm. I've unlocked and downloaded dozens and dozens of Logos3 products with no problem.

I thought this post from Joan at the resolution of the other thread was quite apropo:

I am always happy (do the happy dance) when someone has a Logos/computer issue and it is solved!!

I wonder if these download problems have any relation to server tweaking going on with the new website. It really is unusual. I hope it does not become a common occurrence. Thank you for being patient and understanding. Happy dance time!

Click ORDERS
Scroll down to order history.

Looks, like I am encountering a similar problem again, but with a different resource(BHSWTS42.lbxlls). It appears that I only experience this issue with 'older' resources I order, but not with more recent ones like the Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls database, all of the files in that package downloaded and installed without a problem .

I guess, I'll have to wait this issue out, that seem to do the trick last time.
