Why am I getting a sign in request every time I start L4? I would think that there would at least be a "remember me" box so this isn't necessary. Is there something in set-up that I missed?
Any one?
Sorry Farrel
The only time I get a sign-in box is when I don't have access to the Internet and - hence - can't access Logos' servers for authentication.
Graham
Thanks for your reply Graham. In answer to your questions:
After double-checking myself on these questions I proceeded to look again at my settings. This time, after several tries, I found my problem. I re-checked my settings and discovered that the "Use Internet" setting was set to "yes". (Tools>Settings>Program Settings>General>Use Internet) Once I changed that setting from "yes" to "no" I was able to start Logos without the sign-in box appearing. Now the only time I will need to sign-in is when I actually want to use the internet portion of Logos.

Hi Farrel
It's good that you have got things working but there is still something strange going on.
Many Logos users have "Use Internet" set to "yes" all the time (including me) and this should allow automatic signin at startup.
I'm afraid I don't know what is causing the symptoms you are seeing - others may have more useful ideas.
Farrel,
Would you check to see if you are actively signed into your account at Logos.com? If you are your name will appear in the URH corner of the Logos home page. You should also be able to click on the word 'Account' and see your personal account information.
I am able to connect when I sign-in.
Having to enter the information each time is unusual. I think it would be best to contact Customer Support.
