Is this a "lack" of a "feature" or is it a bug?
The only way I can mark a resource is if it is NOT "floating."
(I tried to "search" for this concern on these forums but had no success).

I can do it if I drag the visual markup tab to the floating window that has the resource I want to mark up. But it doesn't work between windows.
