iPad or iPhone
May be a dumb question: Is the app for the iPad the same as the iPhone?
I would love to read my books on the iPad (buy one) but I find the app on the iPhone limited in use.
Note: I have not really spent time with it much due to screen size.
Also, I read hints up upgrading the app ... is there a timetable?

It is essentially the same app. The iPad version has more on screen due to size. But for the majority of functions it is the same. The size of the iPad makes it more useable in the same format, IMO.
As for upgrade, Dave Dunkin, the lead (and mostly only) developer of the app has said that they are rewriting the display engine and this is a little time consuming so it feels like the app has frozen in time with little update in a long time (relatively long for an iOS app). But he is probably hard at work with the top dogs beating him with whips and chains till he finishes. My guess is that it would be something coming soon, but I could be wrong.

Instead of whips and chains, it's licorice ropes left over from Halloween.
I am working on the app with another developer and we're coming close to a beta for the next release.

Love to be a beta tester too... I know Apple only allows a few people beta test iOS Apps..

Gee, Kevin.
Maybe Dave LIKES whips and chains.

Glad you have another developer again to help you out. As to whether Dave likes the whips and chains, I'll leave that for his ascetic self to answer.
