Lexham Syntax Question

I am studying Titus 1.6. In looking at the various visualizations it appears that the Lexham Syntax shows the Anyone (the elder) should "not accused of dissipation or rebellious" rather than the elder's children. The other syntax graphs are more consistent with the English translations.

Can someone more proficient at reading these graphs opine?

It's not that these graphs are inconsistent with the English translations but that they identify different features of language. The Lexham resource you show is about identifying the Sentences, and the Clauses/.Phrases that make them up. This allows you to trace the subordination of thought. It does not bother identifying Subjects and verbs. The Sub Cl is expanding the Seg Cl above it which in its own turn was expanding on the main verb of the sentence.
