I have just signed up for two more pre-pubs. They are now in my account order list (date:'yesterday') but I have not received the confirmation emails, which normally come immediately (ish).
Is there a problem with the new site?
Martin, since the new website has replaced the old one it has stopped sending confirmation e-mails for some reason. I'm not sure if this is intentional or something that has been overlooked.
Also, it looks like once you complete the pre-pub order, the "pre-order" button does not immediately go away. For some reason it takes a short time to change.

I had not noticed. I they re-instate this soon. I use the email confirmations for my own records, and on a number of occasions I have caught the old website ordering twice, caught by the second email.
With this site, the ere are sufficient inconsistencies over buttons that are/are not/should be greyed out that I would like the email confirmation until the new site is fully functional.
I ordered a prepub, and it has been about an hour, and it does not show up in the Ordered prepubs either. This is very disconcerting, no email, no evidence of orders. Phil Gons said it would show up in about 10 minutes, it does NOT.,
I actually ordered it a second time, it let me.
This should be fixed as soon as we publish an update today or tomorrow.
