I have quite a few resources that do not show up on my iPhone. For instance, the I have the Eerdmans Bible Dictionary on my laptop. According to http://www.logos.com/iphone/support/resourcelist, this resources is available for the iPhone. However, when I search my library on the iPhone, it does not show up. In fact, if I search my library  for "dictionary" on my iPhone, I don't get any results. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

I just found the solution: I had to logout from my Logos account and login again on my iPhone. Now the resources show up. The only problem is that all my downloaded resources were removed, i.e., I have to download them again. [:(]

I've had the same kind of problem. Logging out and losing all downloaded resources seems like a rather drastic solution requiring repetitive work by the user (that is, downloading resources all over again for offline use).

It would be great if the Logos iPhone/iPod app had something like an "update all resources" button/option, allowing iPhone resources to be updated without losing all the previously downloaded items. Or perhaps Logos could consider a logout option in the app independent from a computer logout or a complete logout that would keep previously downloaded resources available in the iPhone app.

But until then, our best option is probably to only download a minimum number of resources into our iPhones, so that we do not have to repeat the download procedure every time we try to sync our iPhones with the resources in our account.
