Gifting

I'm sure this has been asked before, so hopefully this will be a quick answer

I'm interested in buying a Logos box set for my pastor (who has Logos series X). Is there an easy way to purchase Logos as a gift? I have created him an account, so I could just purchase something on that, but I thought I'd ask if there was another way.

Also, do pastors normally get a discount on Logos beyond the web price?

I would contact logos sales and explain what you want to do. If he has series X already, he probably already has an account so they may be able to work something out to simply upgrade him

Yes, I'll confirm that, as I've done it before. Go through Logos Sales. You can give your credit card number and have the purchase be applied to an existing customer's account. (If he doesn't have a unique name, make sure that you know what email address he used to set up the account, so they can apply your gift to the right person's account.) The phone number is 800-875-6467, and they're open Mon-Fri 6AM-5PM Pacific Time.

Agreed. It's a very pleasant process, sales is great to work with.

Also it doesn't have to be a boxed product either, you can apply a credit of any amount to someone else's account. Works great for things like birthdays, Christmas, etc...

I reckon that Logos should make this a more formal program and a featured service with its own web page so that the various details can be filled in online; this would make it less resource intensive from their end. If they did, then I believe that they would generate a lot more sales

Shameless bump.

Christmas is coming up, and after all, October was supposed to be Pastor's Appreciation month. It would be great to have some sort of streamlined ability to send a gift to someone. [:)]
