Best Format to Export to Kindle?

I just exported a book to my Kindle using Rich Text Format and was pleased with how it worked. However I was wondering about the other options: Plain Text, HTML, or XPS. Has anyone experimented with this and found an optimal format? I could do it myself but I thought I could same myself some time by asking.

All you have to do is use Logos' Ctr+P Print/Export function and select export rather then print. Then email you exported document to your personal Kindle account (it is your email of your Amazon account with @Kindle.com rather than normal ending). Amazon then converts it for you and sends it to your Kindle.

You are limited to 100 pages per export, but if you set you text size in Logos to the smallest size you can get a lot of text per export. I was able to get a whole book in one export. If the book is very long I don't see any reason why you can't export it in one or more jobs and then combine the exported documents into one before you email it to your Amazon account.

I send .pdf files to my "name"@free.kindle.com account and they are converted to the .azw format and sent back to me to download and then transfer via usb to my Kindle documents file. I do it free and don't want to pay for Amazon to send it directly to my Kindle. In either case, the conversion from .rtf or .pdf is free; the user chooses the delivery method.
