BUG: "Previous" Gesture often interpreted as "New Tab"

I've tried to test this as precisely as possible and there is definitely an issue here:

1. Perform a "Previous" gesture (RightCLick + MouseMoveUp)
2. Keep doing this, and tell me if you don't end up with a New Tab sooner or later.

The New Tab gesture is (RightClick + MouseMoveDown then MouseMoveUp), but I was careful to make no downward movement once the mousebutton had been clicked.

The 3rd or 4th Previous gesture is usually being turned into a "New Tab"

Does anyone else find this?

THanks
Richard

Depending how much curve I put into it I would end up with Contents tab or Reading view or Close Tab! Even if I moved slightly down after right-clicking I could not induce "New tab".

Have you tried it with another mouse?

I was able to reproduce this a couple of times when I first tried, but it took a few more tries than it took you. Now I'm having trouble reproducing it at all. (Practice makes perfect?)

It happens with my mouse and also with my Wacom graphics tablet. I thought it might be the Wacom at fault because sometimes the pointer position moves a little while making a click, turning it into a drag operation, but this is much less frequent with a mouse.
