If I Markup a passage with mutiple filters

it is correct, I then untick the markup pallette I want to hide

Now If I erase, instead of erasing the visible style it wipes all for that reference

This is not helpful..

Please consider making it only wipe the active styles

This suggestion would actually be a good UI solution to that problem. Have erase only erase highlighting that you can see. It solves both issues.

This fix will be in the next beta. If a palette is deselected (so its highlighting styles aren't visible), the erase function will not affect those highlights.
