Thai Bible Text Is Being Truncated
Currently the Thai Bible text is not being displayed correctly on the iPod Touch.
Lines are being truncated because the line breaking algorithm on the iPad Touch appears to rely on spaces between words. Fine for word spaced languages. On the other hand the Thai language does not use this convention for separating words but rather uses spaces to separate thought units and/or paragraph word groupings.
The currently implemented word breaking algorithm therefore does not correctly recognize Thai words and is incorrectly inserting word breaks for screen formatting purposes. Many of the word clusters separated by spaces in the Thai Bible exceed the width of the viewing screen with the result that many, many lines of text appear truncated. This currently renders the use of the Thai Bible on the iPod Touch unusable.

Many, many thanks for the 1.5 update!
It now appears the Thai Bible is being formatted correctly on the iP-hone/od/ad (word / line breaking). Can anyone else confirm the iP-hone/ad platforms?
The minimum font sizing in the app is still too large for the Thai script but it is wonderful to be able to now use the Thai Bible resource on my iPod Touch.
Again, many thanks for the good work and the rapidly improving iP-hone/od/ad app!!!
Looking forward to the next round of updates (will we be seeing version 2.0 any time soon??)

yes the thai text will spread out over the whole screen, then when I adjust the font size, it will correct itself. then if i try another text, same problem fixable by adjusting screen font size.
This wasn’t a problem in the version prior. using Version 1.8.3
