Reading plans are not syncing between PC and iPhone

My reading plans are no longer syncing between my pc and my iphone. When I initially created my reading plans, they immediately showed up on my iphone. Now they are not. I've created several new ones and they aren't coming to my phone. I have uninstalled the logos app on my iphone and reinstalled it and they still are syncing. I called support and they told me I needed to ask here because "we don't even have an iphone here so we don't know much about it." That seems like a pretty unsatisfactory response to me, but I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I'm having the same problem. The plan(s) appear on both, but when I complete a reading on my iphone, it does not sync with my desktop to show that I've completed the reading.

Of course now they are showing up, but I'm experiencing the same sync issues that Jonathan mentioned. I "marked read" on my pc and it's now coming through on my iphone. I'm pretty sure that this was working better last week but I can't say for sure.

My reading plans seem to be syncing a little slow to the iPhone at the moment, but they do get there in an hour or so.

Synchronizing data between the Logos 4 servers and the iPhone usually takes about 30 seconds, but when our servers get very busy it can take longer. On Sunday and Monday it can sometimes take more than an hour for changes made on one platform to show up on the other. We're working to reduce the delay so that it's not noticeable. I would like to report the same issue. I have gotten so used to reading my daily scripture on my phone that I did not even notice that it was not syncing at all. weeks behind. At least my phone app seems to be working fine so all is good with the reading but my OCD is starting to kick in. Just kidding. Help on this would be great.

Same problem on the ipad. I just bought one (today) and when I launched reading plan on the ipad - it started over from the beginning. I conformed my bible version on my pc logos to ESV (which is what the ipad is using) and checked done all over through "today" - but the ipad (several hours later) still shows the reading plan from day 1.

Just to report here. I am having the same problem since the last update. It will go three or four days behind and then catch up. I am reading on the iphone and the PC is behind. As of today (Tuesday) it is saying I am behind since Sunday.

Same problem here, I edited my reading plan on my PC to correct the dates and noticed it was not updated on my phone/itouch so I deleted off of my Itouch hoping that would pull it from PC/database, but now I have nothing on my phone, just the PC.

If anyone has found a solution or workaround, let me know.

The only thing I can think of is that your IPod is not connected to the net. Other then that, I'm at a loss.

I have the same problem as well. However, if I create a reading plan on the iphone it shows up on my logos reading plan. But the reading plan that I was already working on does not show up on the phone or sync at all.
