Is anyone else having an issue with the iPhone logos...
... saying it's downloading 2 resources, and then, not actually doing it?
The two in question are Holman Bible Atlas and Logos deluxe mapset.
I think, though, that Holman is the one that's being held up... actually, it's just sent me the message,
"Unable to download resource LLS:9.20.5"
Any ideas?

Actually, correct that: the problem child is the Logos Deluxe Mapset.

Older iPhones are currently having difficulties downloading large resources due to lack of memory. As a work around, you could reboot your iPhone, then load Logos and try and download the single problematic resource.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

Every time i run logos on my iPhone it tells me it has two books waiting to download:
- logos delux maps
- The Bible Knowledge Commentary
On the info page on logos.com neither of these "work on.." the iPhone! (They don't turn up in my iPhone library list and I can't access them on Biblia.com either).
Did they used to be available for the iPhone, but aren't anymore? How can I delete them from wanting to download, when I can't go into the "my library" and turn the offline switch to off?

Michael, The Bible Knowledge Commentary is not available on the iPhone. It was briefly made available in error. To remove it for your device, put your device in airplane mode, open Logos, find the book in the library and turn the switch to off.
