Add a note to all verses in a morph serch or passage list

I was trying to find out if there is a way to apply a note to all verses in any of these ways (morph search results/passage lists/visual filters) so that  I could type in a note and have it there anytime I came across this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Were you referring to adding the same note to all of them or an individual note to each?  I know of no way to add the same note to all att the same time, and adding separate notes to each may be laborious depending upon how many verses are involved.  You can certainly bring up each verse by clicking on the links in the search results and adding a note to the verse.  In that case you might wish to create a note file and add a note to each verse (Perhaps name it δεῖ).

Thanks for the reply.  I was hoping to add the same note to each.  I ended up doing it the way you suggested while I was in class.  It wasn't that big of a deal since it was less than 10 occurrences in Matt.  I was trying to check for the future.  I am really loving the way that Logos lets me basically make my own study Bible so much more easily than I ever could and this is the first time it has stumped me on a capability. 

Of course, by adding the same note to each verse you can simply copy the first note and repeat it for subsequent verses, but I suppose you figured that out.
