I have tried several times to update the Dictionary to no avail. I keep getting this error.
Unable to Download Resource LLS:46.10.2.

Make sure you have version 1.5.1 of the app. That resource is over 90MB, so it takes a while to download, e.g. 15 minutes over a typical DSL connection. If the connection is broken during that time, the download will fail.

I have Fiber Optic at 30 Mbps up and down. I do not interrupt it.

You may need to disable the auto-lock on your device or tap it occasionally to prevent it from locking. When my iPod touch locks, it disconnects from the network and disrupts any downloads.
I have an iPod touch 1st gen with iPhone OS 3.1.3 that I use for testing and an iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2. Both are connected via WiFi to a Comcast Internet connection that gets 6Mbps. On the iPod touch it takes 3.5 minutes for Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, Tenth Edition to download and install. On the iPhone 4 it takes just over 2 minutes.

Got it! Thanks a lot! I guess it was the auto lock because I disabled it and it worked.

Glad to hear it. What kind of device do you have? Does it support multitasking?
