What is the best way to add cross references

As I read the text and come across passages which explain each other, I would like to add my own cross reference to a part of a Bible verse. What would be the best way to add a cross reference? Can you make it a hyperlink to?

if you right click on your source reference, and choose the reference tab (assuming you wish the reference to show across all bible Versions.)
choose add note
when you enter your link references in there they should change to active links..
Sorry on a mobile device so cant post pics..

If you want cross references between Bible verses, create a note file, right click in the verse you want to reference. On the right side of the popup select Reference. At the bottom of the right side select add note to your note file. Type the verse reference for the verse you wish to link to this one into the note with a following space, and it will turn into a link. You may need to do this for each verse you want to link.
If this is not all clear, let me know.

Thank you so much. Sometime it is a little bit of a challenge to make the most out of Logos with its very scarce documentation and lack of best practices.

Your best Help File is these forums. This place is populated with very helpful users who are eager to provide assistance. Even the Windows users offer valuable advice because L4 Mac and L4 Windows are rapidly approaching parity. Operation of the two are close enough to each other that an answer for one platform is easily translated to the other.

I'll take a compliment even if it's a back-handed one [:D]

And exactly how do you manage that on a Mac? It certainly doesn't work on mine...

Unfortunately, that feature is not yet available in L4 Mac. There are many things about the Notes system that keep me using L4 Win, but I hope to be able to abandon Parallels very soon.

Exactly! Which was why I didn't think it was such a good idea for the two of you to tell the OP that it worked... For someone with 11 posts, that might be kind of confusing. [;)]

And I even knew I was on the Mac Forum! Guess I have been spending too much time on L4 Win.

Actually, you can, but it's a two step process:
Thanks for giving the OP the correct procedure.
