I have a problem with my Logos. I have stuff highlighted in almost every ressources in my library and I don't know how to put it off. Maybe bad linking??

Version Latest Update Logos 3.0f In the same toolbar button where you selected the highlighting is an erase feature. Just select the highlighted section and then click on erase..

It sounds like you are saying things are highlighted that you yourself did not highlight? All over? Anyway, perhaps you need to contact tech@logos.com
Sounds like you might have the Summarization filter turned on.
Go to View->Visual Filters to open the Filters window,select the All Resources radio button at the top left of the window, and remove everything that is in the Active list on the right.
