Function Request - Highlight Mode

Is it possible to create a highlight mode for the cursor so that it highlights anytime it is clicked? I highlight books a lot and it would be good to take it from a 2-step process (make the selection and then click the highlight) to a 1-step process.
Adobe Acrobat allows you to do this for PDFs. You can also just double-click a word to highlight it (in highlight mode). Double-clicking in Logos opens the lookup window, so I am not sure this is possible.

I highlight lots too, Stephen, but I'm not sure a one-step would cope with what I want to do.
I use the green highlighter to pick up the key topic, the yellow highligher for normal highlighting, the pink one for more important statements, double- or triple-underline really key statements (as well their color), and add a question-mark beside statements that seem inadequate/biased/unproven/inconsistent.
So, it suits me quite well that I highlight the text and then press the key for the markup I want. You have found how to assign keys for highlighting? Just right-click in the Highlighting window:

Thanks Allen. I didn't see that. It makes it easier already.
I understand your situation and I do use different colours, but I would still like to have a 1-step option for regular highlighting.
Thanks again.

Also, Ctrl + K will apply the last used highlight to the passage.
Edit: What you asked for in the initial post was for a Highlighting mode. I assume you want anything you select while in the mode to be highlighted. Bob P. (CEO) has stated before that Logos 4's philosophy is to avoid modes like this. It can create confusion when people accidentally enter the mode and don't know how to get out of it etc.
