M'Cheyne and Horner reading plans for 2010

I have updated the wiki entry on Reading Plans with a method for creating manually customised reading plans in Logos 4 that accurately follows M'Cheyne or Horner rather than an automatically generated approximation.
This method is neither recommended nor support by Logos, may have unintended consequences, and is used at your own risk.
The instructions are on the wiki: http://wiki.logos.com/Reading_Plans
The required reading plan xml for M'Cheyne 2010 and Horner 2010-11 (courtesy of Robert Warren) is available here:
M'Cheyne: 8270.McC.xml
Horner: 6567.Horner_2010-11.xml

Jon,
Thanks for this - I ran into this today for the first time and wanted to add this to my Logos. Looks like I may have to follow your directions. :-)
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

I was able to make this work for the Horner reading plan. Thank you for posting this!

Clinton Thomas found a mistake in the XML file for Horner's Reading Plan. Psalms 150 is never read after the first cycle. The rest check out fine.

I've posted a fixed file in the other thread.

I would like to create a custom reading plan that follows the ESV "Through The Bible In A Year" plan which my church uses:
http://www.esv.org/assets/pdfs/rp.through.the.bible.pdf
How can I translate the scripture references into the format required in the XML: bible+esv.1-14 ?
Thanks,
-Jeff

Wonder if wiki => Reading Plans => Daily Reading from ESV Study Bible Notes is similar to desired reading plan ?

No, the ESV Study Bible plan is different.

Logos 4 includes "Old & New Testament Each Session" (Common Divisions for passages) that reads Bible in same order (albeit chapters on particular days vary from ESV Study Bible plan):
