sympathetic highlighting on Mac

I have a 6 panel display :exegetical guide, passage guide, esv, NA 27, text comparison and BDAG.
I am trying to engage sympathetic highlighting on my Mac. Everthing is linked on linkset A. Sympathetic highlighting is checked on esv and NA27 no option to do that on BDAG. In fact the link set doesn't seem to impact BDAG : there is no difference displayed in BDAG when I change verses or click on a word in the ESV.
So, two questions: resolve sympathetic highlighting?
LInkset A to BDAG?
Please and thankyou,
On a positive note Logos 4 does seem to go Zoom on Mac in a way it never did on PC

I wouldn't expect BDAG to link with your Bible because BDAG is not versified as the Bibles are. There is no way for it to "follow along." If it is your preferred Greek resource, though, it should jump to the relevant word according to your input. It should not need to be linked to behave this way.
That's my understanding of how it works, anyway. Hope that helps.

Don't know - Logos has many contact email addresses and phone numbers => http://www.logos.com/about/contact - could email customer service or sales to inquire about paid prioritized support.
Morris Proctor offers authorized Logos training courses => http://www.mpseminars.com/full-schedule-all-seminars
Logos web site has Mac support pages => http://www.logos.com/support/mac

My first question is:
Are we talking about sympathetic highlighting or resources following each other?
Sympathetic highlighting is where you highlight a word in one bible and it automatically highlights in another open bible.
Following via linksets is as everyone has described....when a bible and commentary are linked on the same letter ....when you scroll one....the other follows.
Now...there is a third thing that's useful. If you have "links to open panels" checked (on the BDAG window pane upper portion) then when you are in a verse in your bible, and BDAG has a reference for it....it will highlight itself if that option is checked....very handy.

Make certain that BDAG is your highest prioritized Greek Lexicon. Go to your NA27 and double click on a word. BDAG should move to the entry for that lemma.
Sympathetic highlighting's name is a little misleading. It would be better called Sympathetic selection. The way it should work is that you select text in one Bible and the equivalent text in another Bible looks like it has been selected too, at least that's the way it should work.
