NA26 McReynolds Interlinear

G'day,
My NA 26 Interlinear book no longer has the Greek or English text in it. When I open it, it has verse numbers and then commas displayed and that is it. Any suggestions on what to do? How do I reload it, since I assume there is some sort of corruption given the other books are all fine?
Thanks in advance

Have you recently changed the greek font style? What are the font style settings? You can find this under the Tools -->Program Settings Menu

Have you changed from the default font settings in Logos 4? I have the Default Font set to Default and the Greek font set to Gentium and have both Greek and English text for the NA26 McReynold's.
To delete the file and cause Logos to redownload it the easiest way is to Hide the resource (open Program Settings and drag it to the Hidden Resources section). Close and reopen Logos. The resource should now not be in your Library. Now find the resource in Hidden Resources, and click the 'x' next to it to remove it from Hidden Resources. Close and reopen Logos 4 and it will download the resource for you.

Thanks,
I have managed to delete the file but for some reason it is not downloading it.
Everything else you suggested worked as indicated.
My Greek font have not been changed and is still 'Gentium'
Thanks

Did you directly delete it or did you follow the Hidden Resourses route?

Put it in hidden resources and then deleted it (pressed x). Closed it down and reopened it and...nothing.

I actually bought McReynolds separately before I upgraded to Logos 4 and Scholars - does that make a difference?

You need to put it in hidden resources, then close and reopen Logos before going back and hitting the 'x' to remove it from hidden resources. Then close and reopen Logos to trigger the download. Are these the steps you took?

No it should not. It was yours. You seem to have it, it just has a problem.

To the letter.

It seems to be downloading it again. Says you own this resource not in your library, so hopefully it will be fixed.

4.2 - the strange things is all the punctuation is there and that's it yet other interlinears are working.

Yes to both, display ticked and SR2.

Problem solved - visual filter (bible text only) was ticked (don't ask me how).
Sorry for taking up so much of your time - and thanks for making me check all the drop downs.

Very interesting. Sorry I didn't know to check that. In this case 'Bible Text Only' yields no Bible Text at all. I think this is a bug, as in the NA27 McReynolds it only changes the format of the text to line by line. I'll see if I can report this.

Yes it seems to be peculiar to this book.
Thanks again for your assistance.
