In Commentaries on the Four Last Books of Moses Arranged in the Form of a Harmony (Calvin) (LLS:CALCOM02EX; 2010-01-26T00:34:42Z), the footnote numbers start over again at 1 for each page in print edition.

This makes no sense in an e-book. As you're reading along, oblivious to printed page boundaries (or the page boundaries might even be way different from the print edition if you're viewing it in Paged View), suddenly the footnote numbers restart at 1 for no apparent reason. Only if you view page numbers to see the print edition page divisions does it make any rhyme or reason. Footnote numberings should be per chapter in an electronic edition if they were per page in the original. This is so far the only book I've encountered this in, but there might be more.
