I'm new to this forum, so this may have been answered before.

I just installed Logos 4.  I went into Logos 3 and synchronized my licenses.  I finished the download routine, but there are no resources in Logos 4.  How do I get my Logos 3 resources to open in Logos 4.

Open Logos 4 while you are connected to the network. The resources you own should download and index - indexing takes a while. Once they are indexed you can work with them in L4. There are separate directions for ringing your notes and diagrams over.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    MJ,

Thanks for your quick reply.  Perhaps I didn't leave it open long enough (I could blame computers for my impatience).

    David,

Martha is correct...sometimes it will seem to not be doing anything and viola! It will say "downloading 45mb (example) of resources....

Another thing you can do (if you still have L3 installed is to tell L4 where your resources are...

type in to command box of L4 the scan command like so:

    scan C:\Program files\Libronix\resources

(or wherever your L3 resources are)

Close L4 and open it back up again...it should now scan that particular location for resources.....

    Robert,

Thanks for the information and tip.  I'll have a shot at scanning the L3 resources
