Logos 4 on iPhone/iPad
As a beginner I'd appreciate to know if I may have all my library in an iPhone/iPad or should I have to connect to an specific web site (logos.com for example) to have them available. Sorry for my silly question.

Not all of Logos' books are available on the iPhone/iPad or on the biblia.logos.com website. To find out if a resource is available on the iPhone, look at the resource page on logos.com and see if it has a picture of an iPhone under the resource image, next to where it says Works on.

You can download the Logos application, which accesses all the available books from within the app, as well as giving you other goodies, like reading plans, passage guide etc. From within the app you can download any books so you can access them offline

I can access BDAG on my iPhone and Biblia.com, yet the BDAG page doesn't have the iPhone icon/picture: http://www.logos.com/product/3878/a-greek-english-lexicon-of-the-new-testament-and-other-early-christian-literature-3rd-ed

There are some mistakes on some of the product pages and this appears to be one of them. Whenever I come across something like this I email support@logos.com to let them know and they generally get it fixed pretty quick.
Going the other way, the product page for the 2011 NIV initially showed that it was available for the iPhone even though it wasn't. A quick email to support and they fixed it.
I'm not sure why some of the resources have the wrong info. This *could* be a pretty big deal, particularly for resources that say they are available on iOS but aren't. Someone might purchase expecting offline use and then find it is not available. The consolation there is that Logos has a very generous return/refund policy and I'm sure someone making a purchase for offline use would be able to get a refund.
