Clippings & Text Comparison

Folks, when making a clipping, is there a way for the information to be sent to the clipping file without actually leaving the resource you are reading? When using full screen view to read commentaries, for example, I highlight the text and right-click and select the clipping file, but my view always changes to the clipping file. Is there a way to remain in my commentary?

In text comparison, is there a way to show and print the translation column heading on each page? Depending on the number of translations used this can get a bit tricky after the first page, especially if you frequently change what translations you are using.

As far as I know the answer to your question is no in both cases...kind of.

As for the clipping issue, I know of no way to prevent the clipping file from coming into focus when you add something to it. As for printing the text comparison, I know of no way to do that in Logos, but a work around you may want try is exporting to a word file and then creating a header by copying the the translation heading into the header. This will print the translation heading on each page.

Someone else may have another solution, but these are the best answers I have found or seen for this issue.

If you have Windows 7, the Snap feature may help you to send a clipping without dropping your commentary.
