Charles Finney Collection is not available for IPhone

Some products are mistakenly reported to work with the iPhone (or mistakenly reported not to work). An email to support will let them know about the mistake and they usually fix the product page pretty quick.

Logos has a generous refund policy, just get in touch with them if you feel you should be refunded because of the lack of iPhone access.

As for why, Logos can only make books available on iOS if the publisher agrees. Logos would love to have all their resources available on the iPhone, but if a publisher says no, there's nothing Logos can do.

The Charles Finney collection was just released.  There is a delay for new products to reach the iPhone as they have to be indexed for mobile use, and that process doesn't run daily.  (It's around once a week).

Thanks Todd, I didn't realize this was a recent release. That could well be the reason why it isn't yet available on the iPhone.

I just checked with the developer about the delay between when a resource goes live and when it becomes available on the iPhone and iPad. We're working on some technical issues that have been causing the delay and hope to have them wrapped up really soon!

Some users determine whether or not to buy a title based on its availability on the iPhone/iPad; so even with the short delay, it seems best to tag resources as compatible with those devices. Doing anything different would probably cause even more confusion.

Stay tuned for a fix in the near future. In the meantime, rest assured that a product tagged as available for the iPhone/iPad will in fact be available!

The Charles Finney Collection shows up for me on the iPhone now.

Unfortunately I get an error if I attempt to set to offline reading any of the books.
