Getting Martin Luther’s Basic Theological Writings CD working

I have not used my Martin Luther’s Basic Theological Writings recently – and now, while it says I am activated, it tells me I need an activation number.
I have customer number, confirmation number and ID number from the back of the book.
What do I do to get the CD working again?

Have you tried to sync your licenses in your Customer Profile? If this doesn't help, call or write Customer Service - since you used the CD before, they should be able to give you the activation number without problems.

I find account management, but not customer profile – is this
the same? Or is there another place I look?

Who do i contact for customer service via internet? if so, what is the correct email to get service? or phone number?
