When I copy/paste text, how do I have footnotes automatically go to the end of the document rather than the end of the page?

I don't think there's any way to make them go into Word as endnotes directly from Logos. But you can convert footnotes in Word to endnotes pretty easily. See http://grok.lsu.edu/Article.aspx?articleId=7939 for how to do it in Word 2007. Something similar should work in other versions, but ask again if you get stuck.
