I want to copy my Logos 4 from my PC to my notebook.
Logos support told me to do the following:
Thank you for your e-mail. The first thing that you will want to do is download the Msi files for the latest version of Logos 4 onto your notebook. To do that, please click on the link below and choose to Run.

Once that has finished installing, please click on the link below and choose to Run.
http://www.logos.com/media/tech/logos4/Logos4.msi
When complete, do not open Logos 4.
Before you open Logos 4 on your new computer, you will need to back up certain files on the computer that has Logos 4 up and running on it, and transfer them to the new notebook. To do that, please follow the instructions below.
1. Close Logos 4.
2. Right click on the Logos 4 icon and click on Open File Location.
3. Copy the Data, Documents & Users folders from there to an external hard drive or to a large enough memory stick.
4. After the three folders have been pasted, please remove the external hard drive or memory stick and connect it to your new notebook.
5. Right-click on the Logso 4 icon and choose Open File Location.
6. Copy and paste the Data, Documents & Users folders from the external hard drive / memory stick to this location. Move & Replace if necessary.
7. After you have restored the three folders, please close the window and open Logos 4.
8. Sign in with the same e-mail & password that you use to sign into logos.com.
9. You should be up and running.
*If you’re running Windows XP, step 2 & step 5 will be Find Target, rather than Open File Location.

I followed the steps as per your email but could not transfer my resources successfully from my PC to my Laptop.
All of the resources are listed in the Library but I get an error message when attempting to open the resources.
This is what the error message says:
"Requires restart. Press the button to begin downloading resources. Once resources are finished downloading, start Logos 4 again."
This means that I have to download 29Gb from the internet. Apart from taking days to download, it wil cost me nearly US $1,000, and this to me is unacceptable.
All my Logos files are on my notebook, but they refuse to open!
Please help!
