We have forum guidelines, one of which states:

Please do not use our forums to :

sell or give away anything or link to anything you’re selling or giving away—including Logos products
promote or link to competitors
point people to other places that sell Logos-compatible products
advertise yourself, your business, your ministry, your website, etc. (a tasteful link in your forum signature is acceptable)
post Logos Coupon Codes. If you are aware of a special promotion Logos is running online, you are welcome to link directly to the promotion.

I am not trying to be hard or harsh, but making a statement in the event you are not aware of it. There are other ways to go about selling your software and perhaps, other users can point to you in those directions.

Steve, there's a time limit of 10 Hours. Once the time is up it won't work but up until that point....

Click on MORE and then EDIT or DELETE.

DELETE is only available for a couple of minutes, but EDIT is available for 10 hours and you can just remove the content of a post and replace it with something like "removed by the author." Other users (such as Joan) do not have the right to delete a post. Only the forum administrator (a Logos employee) can do that, and they don't like exercising that right, and will only do it in extreme cases of abuse, of which this does not qualify as one IMHO; it was an innocent mistake.
