Dear all,

Dees any one know when Logos will release an upgrade to make the Mac version at par with Win one.

Features like Export, Full/Compact button, powerpoint generation, etc.

Many thanks,

John

Print/export is in the current Beta 7. I'm not sure what you mean by Full/Compact...

Know = No; speculate = Yes: Logos 4.2a Beta 8 update for Mac on Wed 2 Mar or Thu 3 Mar - based on past 4.2a Beta releases

From known Logos 4.2a issues in Mac Beta and PC Beta forums - not know when to anticipate 4.2a release candidate, followed by stable update for Mac and PC.  Logos 4.2a should have substantial feature parity between Mac and PC - noticeably missing Handouts (future To Do)

Mac Print/Export functionality actively being developed, Logos 4.2a Beta 7 has some improvements along with some issues.

Please elaborate about feature desires in Logos 4 Mac - screen shot(s) could be helpful.

That is a feature of Notes in L4 Win. Notes are the most annoying feature lag between the two versions. Being able to compact notes is the least of my frustrations with notes in L4 Mac right now; however, I know have reason to believe that the dev team is working on feature parity in notes. I would like to see some progress there.

    Jack,

I wholeheartedly agree with you on the note thing. I have posted a number of times and actually hesitated this time. Note parity has been promised for such a long time and there has been absolutely no movement that I have been able to discern towards parity. I am, and have been very disappointed and do all of my note taking in another product which out of respect for Logos will remain unnamed. If it were not for the fact that I use two resources fairly regularly I would be tempted to abandon Logos altogether. This has been an exceptionally long road. I would rather not tie up valuable hardware resources using Fusion/Parallels and Windows just to use a fully functional L4 product. Frustration is a good word to use Jack.

Living and learning - Passage List also has Full and Compact button (no effect in Logos 4.2a SR-1); also not able to drag and drop Passage List verse order.
