For some reason the table of contents and the side bar list with the alphabetically sorted contents does not appear for the Anchor bible dictionary which I just purchased! The video shows them appearing even on the older Libronix versions!
I'm using Logos for Mac, don't know if that makes a difference. My other dictionaries (like the IVP one's) seem to work fine in that respect.
Would appreciate any help on this please!
