"Set sync to no" now not allowed?
I'm running RC-1 and there doesn't seem to be the "Set Sync to no" option anymore.
can someone confirm and can Logos comment on this? Just wondering what's up

Synchronisation is part of a "package deal" with all other Internet features in the software. (The "set sync to no" command was added for testing in an early Beta and has been disabled for the release.)

Ughhhh! After a glowing review I read this... Please reconsider this! I do work on Logos on two systems and do not always want to transfer the same study set-up... It should be an option.... Back to the user control concerns...

Can we please have this back?

Someone please correct meif I'm wrong, but if you set "Use Internet" in the Program Settings to "NO" then that will switch off sync. That is it will do the same as "Set sync to no"

No. it's not the same. "Set sync to no" turns off only syncing. Allowing one to have access to a vast range of other internet functions from reporting typos to reading lists.

Thanks for the clarification Damian. Your right it switches too much off! The proverbial sledge hammer to crack the nut.

I would echo Frank's sentiment. Please consider returning some of the options/customization/choice in the future.
