Indexing error...please help me.

5305.Logos4Indexer21911.txtI am triying to run the indexing in logos 4 and I get this error. I have L3 resources and when the indexer begins to run, 15 minutes later gives the error. My L3 resources are in an external hard drive.

I have read the forum looking for a solution and I can't fingure out what the problem is.

Could some one help me? I am including the logos's log file.

I have a Mac running parrallel 5 with 4 GB of Memory Ram.

Elias, you may want to post this problem on the Mac forum as well since you are running under parallels and there may be some folks there who recognize the error which I do not.

I assume this is your first attempt to index your resources?

Logos looks for its resources in the default folder on the same drive as the program is located. You state that your resources are on another drive. That usually cannot be done on a Windows PC without special software. How did you set your system up?

If you are setting up for the first time, I would be sure to use the default set-up and see if you can get things running.

If you can't get the help you need here, email or call Logos Support and they can take a look at the log and perhaps immediately identify the error.

Likewise wondering about Logos setup ? along with wondering if external drive ready for use ? and wondering if IE9 installed ?

Appears indexer crashing during resource discovery - wonder what file extensions are in L3 resources folder ?

I don't think the problem is related to your L3 installation (it doesn't appear to get that far). The most likely scenarios seem to be:

Insufficient disk-space allocated to the Virtual Machine.
Disk corruption (run a scan disk to make sure)

Can you check these and report back?

I am running L4 in Parallel 5 with 70 GB Virtual HD and 4 GB Memory Ram (total). I just verify the disk and it is okay.
