Keyboard Shortcuts

I was looking for a shortcut in the help menu and didn't find what I was looking for. Is there a keyboard shortcut to Move between panes? I found how to move between tabs but not how to switch panes. Windows 7 makes switching floating windows easy.

    If I have 4 resources open  2 on one pane and 2 on another I can cycle through them all with CTRL+TAB which is fairly universal for Windows programs.

    ah, I guess it does sort of do it. I thought it would rotate the tabs in the current pane. Its just really hard to determine where it has gone to when you have multiple panes with multiple tabs each. It feels too unpredictable.
