I would be great to have a wish list system like amazon on Logos.com. It can be used to collect the books you are interested in purchasing and it could be used to allow others to buy books for you. But it would require that you build a system for others to purchase book for someone else, a gifting system. The best way to do this might be to tie the two together and only if you select a book from someone's wish list will it allow you to gift it to them. However, it might be nice to allow some kind of scheduling because the giver might not want the receiver to get the book before a ceremony date or something like that.
I guess it would also give Logos the ability to start showing products based on what people are interested in, if they are logged in. So for example if i am logged in and i am interested (at least in my wish list ) in theological books from a particular theological tradition you can show me new book that came out in that theological tradition or if i am interested in many traditions than you could show me theological book that are new, kind of a suggestions for you page.
I recognize this would be a complicated addition.
I only suggest this because i have a folder on my desktop that holds all the books i am interested in so when i have money to purchase a new book i go there an open each to see which ones i can afford but if I could open my wish list i could see them all together, with prices.
