Adding Spaces In Copy Bible Verse Styles

I need a little help adding a space or two in a custom copy-Bible-verse-style.

Here is my layout:

%NoRedLetter
%NoFootnotes
%NoCitation
=Header
=ForEachVerse
 [VerseText]
=Footer
([FullPassageRef] [Version])

I would like to add one or two spaces, but no other characters, between the end of the verse text and the open parentheses for the reference. I notice that one of the built in formats does this by also adding a double quote before and after the verse. I would like to do this without adding the quotes. Simply adding a space without any other characters seems to have no affect.

Well, I found a solution. It seems like there might be something more straight forward but if you add in a formatting code and then end the code, spaces between those two are not truncated.

Here is my new code (notice the <start bold> and <stop bold> codes with the spaces in between).

%NoFootnotes

=Header
=ForEachVerse
 [VerseText]
=Footer
 ([FullPassageRef] [Version])

This is a thorny issue fixed with a work around. All that is required is inserting a space wrapped in an open and closed markup tag.

For instance I always insert a bold or Italic tag thus: The italics never really show up because it's only a space being inserted.

Therefore....

%NoRedLetter
%NoFootnotes
%NoCitation
=Header
=ForEachVerse
 [VerseText] 
=Footer
([FullPassageRef] [Version])

Unfortunately the only color formatting available is %NoRedLetter to turn off the red Words of Christ (WOC)
