Some CP must-haves...

Would be nice to see both of these under £10 ($15/16!?)

These are definitely  resources of value, but I can't justify spending my money on them at this time. I am surprised that Cranmer hasn't moved to production much more quickly.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I am surprised that Cranmer hasn't moved to production much more quickly.

Me too!  Come on guys, get with the English Reformation program!

I'd be more interested in the other Thomas of that period. [:)]

I'm already in.  For anyone who is a member of the Anglican Communion or who is interested in church history this should be an absolute necessity.  I'd be happy to be able to get them for $15-$16 since I'm a tightwad -- well, not really.  Let's say I'm frugal -- I want to make the best use of my resources.

I bid on these two a couple months ago.. they will be ready when they are ready.

Yeah, but neither of them have reached 50%.  Great to hear that other people are bidding though!

I've been in since the beginning on both of these. I too am surprised Cranmer hasn't gone over the top faster than several of the lesser known authors who have cleared through recently. As for Bullinger, may we not have to wait "Decades" for him...

Yet I would say that the Cranmer collection is much more valuable than the Decades (unless your interest is in historical homiletics).

O the mirth and wit exhibited on these forums!

The Hatch collection is closing Friday noon PST and is at $12.  It might be possible to get it down to $9 if enough bid on it.

I bid on all of them... it's still the best way to get some good resources cheap... also frugal.

I was in on Cranmer originally.  I'm now in on Bullinger as well!  Arriba!!....sorry, got a little carried away there......
