I recently purchased Kairos: A Beginning Greek Grammar by Fredrick J. Long.  Has anyone else had trouble downloading the third resource: Answer key and Guide?  I e-mailed customer service and could not locate it after following their instructions.  I have the current version of Logos 4 and have automatic download set in my program settings.  Maybe the third resource is still in preparation for release?

Thanks;

    Sometimes just waiting a while and restarting Logos will do the trick, or perhaps you need to reboot your machine. See this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/30423.aspx

    The third resource is available (I have it). You could try manually downloading it from http://resources.assets.logos.com/lls_kairosans/2009-10-28T19_10_02Z/KAIROSANS.logos4

    Create a temporary folder (e.g. c:\kairos) and place this file in it. Then type scan c:\kairos in the Logos command bar, and restart Logos. Hopefully, the file will be added. If so, you can then delete the c:\kairos folder and resource (Logos will have copied it to it's correct location).

    Thanks Mike;

    I tried your technique and thought I was on the right track; when I rebooted after typing the scan line in the command bar, I got the signing in screen and window which usually indicates my library is being updated.  But when I click on a lick in the Workbook which goes to the Answerbook and Guide, I get the message that I don't have a license for that resource.  Guess I'll have to call the Logos help line again to get my license.

    I appreciate your response;
