You might trying to see if the shortcut is set to READ ONLY and uncheck that option if it is... Moving the shortcut might be a good test too on next build...
I would think this is because you did a clean install with a newer version than most of us... Perhaps a group of us should try clean installs and test again now that we are in RC stage?
That's a good point John.
As soon as my Win7 disk arrives I plan on wiping my system for a really clean install - I'll test it then for certain.
Just finishing up with my Win7 64 clean install / rebuild and I did not see any 1946 warning. BTW,it was the fastest Windows installation I have ever done on a computer - 10 minutes. I definitely do not miss the Windows-3.1-on-43-bazillion-floppy-disks days! L4 reloaded and was up and running very quick and very clean.
Instead of Artificial Intelligence, I prefer to continue to rely on Divine Intelligence instructing my Natural Dullness (Ps 32:8, John 16:13a)
Sorry, would you like a log with that?
d'you pull that outa my eye? Or is that why you wear an eyepatch?
That was good Thomas [Y]
