Godet shipped?
I received a ship and charge notice on the Godet collection and after two days it hasn't downloaded. Anybody have the same problem? BTW, the email said they were physically shipping the CD out. Months ago, I converted all of my pre-orders to download, so I can't figure out this part of it either.

In the library browser, what do the titles come up as? Maybe I have a tagging issue.

I have checked for updates several times. I'll give it until Monday before I call.

Have you restarted Logos 4? That's required to pick up new licenses.

I've restarted and restarted. I actually have a book, "Commentary on the Psalms (3 vols.)", which I've never received.
I just got off the phone with support. They're saying that it was sent as a disk and it has to be activated as a disk. Go figure. The Psalms thing is another issue entirely, she said.
