I am using logos keyboard for hebrew.  I am trying to type the word for priest.  which is כֹּהֵן  It always seems to put the holem so far from the kaf and the hay.  Do you'll know how to type it so that it does not try to put another letter between the kaf and the hay?

כֹּהֵן seems OK to me.  I'm not sure what your problem might be.  If you type the characters in order then there should never be an intervening letter.  BTW:  I changed the font on your entry, but there are no other changes.

    George,

the problem that I have is how it looks.  As it is typed right now.....the holem is seperated from the kaf and the hay.  When I see a resource there is not as much seperation as I see when I type it.

Then it is the function of whatever font you are using.  It certainly can't be the keyboard program.

You set your font in whatever document you're typing into.  If you're typing in notes, you set it in notes.  If you're typing in Word, you set it in Word.  You can type a letter, if necessary, then change it to whatever font you choose, and the rest should follow.  Sometimes you can change the font before you begin typing, but that doesn't always work.  In Hebrew I would use SBL Hebrew (which appears very similar to TNR) though some prefer Ezra SIL which is also very similar.  Ezra SIL seems to me to appear somewhat larger than SBL Hebrew.
