Just another person wondering about highlighting.
First off, I love that there is a free app for L4. My primary interest for it is more portable reading of my bible/books, however, I never utilize it in this way because I cannot highlight (not having to use another app for notes would also be nice). The apps only real use to me is replacing my bible within a small group context, those occasions where I need to read the verses out loud that we are studying (I do my studying/research on my laptop) and therefore gets used once a week. With highlighting I'd use it much much more.
The reason I'm am writting is not to complain so much as too put in my vote for this being a t the top of my L4 app wish list and ask if you know if this will be in: the next update, near future update, or further down the road?
Thanks for your time,
Dale

Dale, are you familiar with User voice? If not, this is the link to this exact thing: highlighting in the iphone app. If you haven't, sign in to user voice and vote for what you think is most important. As you can see, this particular item is ranked 13th. Logos actually uses this method to help them prioritize improvements they will make to the software.
I like Apples. Especially Honeycrisp.

lol, yeah, I noticed that. Wahoo! I actually plugged the feature on a thread for today's blog (Lenten resources) and noticed it when I set up a link to that again. Cool!

I added +3 as well. It is a vital component which is notably absent from this great resource.

While I am sure this is a good thing, I can say it isn't going to come till they finally get the bricks in place for the foundation of the app to support things like highlighting and notes. They are working feverishly. It will come just as soon as it comes. Things are starting to move faster and I would bet we will see some cool new stuff soon. In case you think I know more than you, I don't. Just have a feeling.
